I LOVE mincemeat...even if the type we e...Oh Kathy! I LOVE mincemeat...even if the type we eat now has no meat in it whatsoever (the original did). When I make it, I mark it with a "T" because in some childhood book, the cook always marked it with a "T" because "Tis mince!"<br /><br />Then again....I also love fruitcake...and plum pudding...even if it is made with suet. :) I like the citron and wonderful mix of so many different flavors and textures.
